Lioko Mexarita
Prickling ice crystals
Refreshment on a hot summers day after sunset. That's how a Lioko Mexarita is made:
Step 1
Wash the lime and cut one half in half. Use this to wet the rim of the glass, then dip it in the salt to create a salt rim.
Step 2
Add crushed ice, a squeeze of lime and the Lioko Mexikaner. Blend everything in the blender until it becomes a shlush-like consistency and pour the liquid into the glass. Serve with a lime wedge.

- 4 tbs salt
- crushed ice
- 8 cl Lioko Mexikaner Classic
