Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the countries you can select when entering your delivery address:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Iceland, Croatia, Lithuania, Romania and Hungary.
What are the shipping costs?

How long does shipping take?
We ship your order once we’ve received your payment. If your payment arrives by 12 noon, your package will usually arrive within 2–4 working days.*
This depends on the package being successfully delivered, meaning someone is there to receive it or you’ve arranged another place for delivery.
The 2–4 working days are a non-binding estimate based on our experience. We can’t guarantee this delivery time, as we don’t have full control over the shipping process.
International deliveries usually take longer.
*Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (in Hamburg and in the state you’re shipping to) don’t count as working days.
Do you deliver to DHL stations?
Yes!
In the order process fill in your personal DHL Post-number instead of the company and instead of the street fill in "Packstation" and the DHL station number.
Who ships my order?
Your order will be delivered by DHL.
Large orders are delivered by freight carrier. In this case, we’ll contact you beforehand.
