In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, we process orders/purchases placed through our online shop only after having received payment. In any case, you may cancel an order here.

Where can I find my order number?
You can find the order number in your order confirmation email. If you have a customer account on our website, you can find the order number there in your order overview.

If you cannot find your order number, you can enter the time your order was placed. We will then locate the order using your name, email address, and the time of the order. If this information is not sufficient, we will contact you.
